Driving in US

yesterday 6 of us (Rebecca, Adrian, Glen, Yiling, Sara and Me)
rent a car to have fun in SC town area and Capitola 41st St.
100 free miles, white Chevrolet...
enough for 6 of us...driving in US quite syok...
it's all at the opposite direction... haha...
luckily my driving still ok ok...haha
but most of the time it's either Adrian or Glen drive...
went to quite a lot of places around SC area... quite worth it ...

we went to Mystery Spot...www.mysteryspot.com
quite worth it to go inside..
but didn't take a lot of photos...
the tour guide never say no U-turn back to the house which we wanted to...
dohz...
just took a few photos... but most of the great pix are not in my cammie...
gotta wait till i get those photos from the rest... ^_^
we found a banana slug near the toilet at mystery spot...
it's really yellow color... very huge one...
and they sell worms as the snacks... ewww... who will eat that for godness sake!!
it's a must go place if you go Santa Cruz...
5 bux for the entrance ... quite worth it for the feel...
but a bit kena cheated while the tour guide never say we can't u-turn... dohz... stupid lar...too bad can't access by public transport...
must have car to go there... it's 2 miles away from the nearest bus stop to there...
it's all forest and really very scary inside... haha...

get out from there and we head to Capitola ... 41st Street...
yup... i'm here again... last time just pass by but never get down...
lotsa shops around... but all vintage stuff... quite sian...
and Billabong no sales... more sian...but found a very nice shop...
selling those unique stuff with some sense of arts...
like it very much...found a mat for around 40 bux... nearly bought that home...
whahah... yeah! 41st ST... tht's the part i'm driving... hmm...
just straight road... nothing much... haha... turn into Ralphs do some grocery shopping

then we went to UCSC... and finally took the photo of the UCSC entrance...
really like we are studying there sia... haha...
and the entrance of UCSC is at the middle of the road ...
taking photos while all the cars starting to passby and felt very weird...
haha.... not much stuff to do in UC anyway...
found a place in UC that can look at the ocean view ... very very nice...
it was superb!! like in the movie sia... whahha

then nothing much to do and went to the other side of the Municipal Wharf to see the surfing museum
but too bad... it was lock for donno wht reason...
the wind there was really strong... just standing there and can blow away by the wind...
lotsa ppl surfing there...
didn't catch their action... dohz... they were too fast ...
very fun to surf there ... but too bad, i don't know how to swim...
lotsa friend asked me why i work at the beach while i can't swim...
can't i tan at the beach? dohz... and hunt for single cute guys... muahah... :D

hungry hungry... went to L8 Buffet...
they have chinese food, sushi, and american food...
the owner of the restaurant don't know is ang mo or chinese...
but most of the time was the chinese prc lady served us...
she was really nice and got to talk chinese in US... whaha....
her husband is indo-chinese... and she's a very helpful for all the servings...
we a bit embarrassed where each of us go for nearly 4 rounds of food while all other ang mo customer only go for ave. 2 rounds of food
singapore style of buffet... oh gosh! so KS sia....

the chinese auntie quite nice and gave us the discount card for the next visit...
just need to finish the chop on the card then can get one free meal...hehe
the food not very superb... but it's very worth it to eat there ... but not going there anymore...
10bux include tax and tips... full till crazy... my second plate of food i already cannot swallow...
they have the fortune cookies!! i love fortune cookies...
the message i got is:

finally get back to our house... and the cheese i got from Ralphs already melt like water... -_-
damn smart... know how to put back the yohgurt but not the cheese...

have around one hour rest ...
really full sia...
went out with the car again to the Yatch Harbor...
suppose to be very nice view with lotsa boats and yatch...
but it was around 9pm ++ ... too dark to see those stuff... will come here next time... will walk to the light house one day... ^_^

so tired go back bath and sleep...
what a day...
tmr will start going to ask Whitting's Foods for my second part time at the Boardwalk...
hope they'll still have place for me...
and i'm getting internet at home soon... so can online 24 hours... ^_^
it's really cheap here.. now on promotion...
if order before 12 June, i'll get free webcam... and it's only USD 15 bux after tax...
i'm going to get my 3rd webcam then... whahah...
so much luck for webcam... whaha...
someone is gonna jealous for that... and he most probably will scream for that if he read my blog...

some job hunting
some zo bo for the whole 3 months...

just miss those 'somes'...
