A sudden shock...

just felt a sudden shock and how insensitive I am ...
realized the sunset has been delayed for 15 mins compared to previous month...
yea... it's summer... =) ... too bad Singapore weather still freaking hot and humid as usual... LOL...
been saying this for many many times... I MISS MY SANTA CRUZ & IRELAND LADS!!!~~~ *_*

not like some official time for some office is like... 9am till 7pm... 9am till 9pm...
that's sucks yea...
mine is 8.30am till 5.30pm...

LDL still remain at the same band as previous check... hmm...

I'm not suppose to consume so much salt... hmm... that's the first thing i heard about high cholesterol can't take so much salt... *according to Andy*... hmm... ok... since i don't take much salt if not necessary...
been jeopardized my health for the past one year... very bad...
