been hearing a lot of darn shit thing about this office & this company since the first day i had lunch with those nothing-else-to-say colleagues who keep complaining and gossiping about matters in the office... where people call them "office politics"
what a shitty place... my office is a place where...
- people talks bad about each other behind their back during lunch time
- people always say "why he can, but i can't" kind of stuff
- no friday dress down
- go gym for 2 hours during lunch time is ok... go lunch with friends for 2 hours is not ok...
- no staff appreciation ... e.g. festive meals, dnd, benefits... etc...
- ladies must not cross their legs and take off the shoe
- no milk, sweet, food, biscuits, chocolates etc etc on the table
- lunch is strictly 1 hour
- not allow to come back office during weekends coz it will be locked
- not allow to work after 7pm
- no employee handbook
- some busy body will come to your desk and say "no orrange on table please"
- people always watch what you are doing to "tune you back"
- you can't cello taped the divider between seats coz it's brand new
- everybody comes at 9am and leaves at 6pm sharp... really a 9-6 job...
- it has the suckiest coffee powder on earth with cheapo milk cream

bah... another jump... can't believe i felt this way just after a short while... horrible... learn the stuff and i'll be gone... *ESL*

Gals must not cross the legs? Is because wearing mini skirt. Don't get this point. So boys can eh.
Since no employee handbook, actually not need to follow so many rules.
i'm a result oriented person. not a process oriented person. who cares what time you come in and out. as long i finish my stuff.
no employee handbook and without formal rules is ok. but there's unspoken rules which simply created because some busy body is unhappy that they want you to follow which i think it's ridiculous. i don't live to make people happy. i live to make myself happy.
