recently all the emails being sent out to various people... the people who falls in the CC section is getting more and more... it's just like those you can see in the movie where people send you email... cc your boss... cc your boss' boss.... cc your boss' boss' boss.... scared you don't do your work... well... it's worth to do it if someone is really not doing the job...
the n-th people has leave the team till date... i think i've lost count... probably still less than 10... turn over rate is not that great afterall... well, good news! bravo...
this kind of time, doing this resigning thing is just not as wise... for those company who offer voluntarily package to leave the job for the employees is just not as wise either... for those employees who think they can make a big sum for this opportunity are just as dumb... what makes you think that you will be able to sustain? are you 60 years old right now? else, forget it... count the number of mouth you need to feed and divide the amount you'll get over a period of... maybe 2 years? enough to survive + savings? ...
i'm contented with the job i have right now although the bonus is pathetically low ... well... i am contented coz this is the first official bonus i'm getting after all after so many rounds of hopping around previously... *ESL*...
it's the fighting time again tomorrow at 12pm sharp... woohoo...
